NOT CAPE your deer on our property! We will charge to clean up your mess!

NOT let your taxidermist cape your deer. We will charge to clean up their mess!

NOT Drop your deer BEFORE we put on the ear tags!

NOT cut the back leg tendons! We need them for hanging!

NOT call us at midnight when the outside temp is 50 degrees or below!

NOT call us at midnight for any reason!

NOT skin your deer in the field, or barn, or garage, or anywhere else for that matter!
We WILL charge a fee to clean up the mess or REJECT your Deer!
The hide protects your meat!
DO
NOT bring quartered deer in with only one confirmation number and 6 hams, 2 shoulders, and 2 loins!
DO
NOT drive around all day in the sunshine showing off your prized trophy!
*Please remember...you cannot eat the antlers! We are concerned with clean and safe meats.
DO
NOT soak your meats in ice water or vinegar (or anything else for that matter) and expect us to make lemonade from your lemon!

NOT enter our Receiving area! Employees ONLY!

These rules have been put in place through years of experience.
These rules protect you and your meats!
DO Field Dress your Deer (Including the Lungs) in THE FIELD.
DO utilize bags of ice and spread legs to allow rapid cool down.
DO Call in your deer BEFORE arriving here.
NO DEER ACCEPTED WITHOUT CONFIRMATION NUMBER!

DO Pick your meats up on your scheduled day.
**$10.00 PER DAY LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED**

Respect our staff and the hours they pull during Deer Season!
DO Respect our hours! No Deer Accepted Before 8am or After 6pm
(warm weather will be exception)

DO understand, if you are dropping the deer, YOU are responsible for the meats being picked up on time!
DO Pick your CAPE up within 24 HOURS.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SLIPPING.

DO Pay your cape fee and standard processing BEFORE picking up your cape. ($80.00)
DO keep the carcass as clean and cool (50 degrees or below) as possible!
DO understand that we have the right to refuse/reject your deer and will do so when necessary!
DO respect your fellow hunters. Don't buck the line or hold it UP!
DO give your order, get your ear tags, drop your deer, and move on!
