Direct Marketing of your meats REQUIRE you to have your livestock processed under USDA Inspection. If you wish to offer your meats for sale at Farmer's Markets, Certified Roadside Stands, Direct to consumers from your farm, or market to local restaurants you will have to process your livestock under USDA inspection.
