Our freezer beef are available for purchase in Wholes, Halves, or Quarters. All beef are USDA inspected for wholesomeness and USDA graded for quality. All beef chosen for our freezer beef orders are graded choice or better. We have an inside fat analysis ran on the ground meats. Past orders are consistently in the 85 to 87% lean range. All freezer beef are custom cut to your specifications. If you want 1-1/2" steaks, no problem. If you want 4 lb roasts, we can do that too. It's customizable to your families needs and the quality is second to none!
Our freezer beef ONLY come from select few farms. These are our best cattle producers and quantities are very limited. All are grain and/or corn fed without the use of hormones or unecessary antibiotics. You can expect a lead time of up to 10 weeks. A Deposit is required on all freezer beef. We require a $100 deposit on 1/4's and a $300 deposit on 1/2's or Wholes.
