Livestock Processing
You've trusted us for nearly 20 years for your processing needs. From cattle and hogs to deer processing, you can expect the same great services from us, just updated a bit. We've added a freezer for your convenience. We've also updated some of our equipment to better serve you. We can now offer beef patties with the addition of our patty machine. We added an additional smoker oven for smoking items, such as bacon, jowls, hocks etc… We still have the same commitment to quality as before, just a bigger and better building to do it in. We can now serve your processing needs year round and on a full time basis. John's still the sole butcher here and most of all the packaging is still performed by Amy. We hope to add additional help to our staff, but have yet to find someone willing to withstand the cold. John's son has been handling most of the slaughtering processes. He's only available on a limited basis due to his other full time work duties elsewhere. So please schedule your appointment on a date than you can arrive promptly. We appreciate notice if you cannot meet your appointment. This allows us to serve more farmers by giving your spot to someone else who can use it. Your help with this is appreciated.
